TODD Architects submits hotel plans for refurb of Grade II* Central Methodist Hall in Birmingham
Satellite MPR was thrilled to lead the PR for our client TODD Architects on their proposals to refurbish and redevelop Birmingham’s Grade II* Listed Central Methodist Hall into a destination hospitality and leisure scheme. Our targeted press campaign following TODD Architects’ submission of a planning application on behalf of Press Up Hospitality Group and sister company Oakmount attracted huge amounts of coverage for the client across building and property media, as well as hospitality sector titles.
DMA wins planning approval for heritage-led conversion of listed London police station
Dexter Moren Associates (DMA) has won planning approval to convert and extend a Grade II* listed 1960s police station in the City of London into a 216-guestroom five-star hotel for Hong Kong based Magnificent Hotel Investments Ltd. Satellite MPR was delighted to promote DMA’s heritage-led approach to the design for the Wood Street Police Station – which has been has won praise from influential heritage bodies – and gain significant coverage in architectural and hospitality design press.
SGP delivers £1.2million Grade II listed synagogue redevelopment in Leicester
Satellite MPR were thrilled to see some fabulous coverage for our client Stephen George + Partners (SGP) in the Leicester Mercury as the £1.2 million redevelopment and refurbishment of the Victorian Grade II listed Highfield Street Synagogue in Leicester completes. SGP’s design creates an expansive glazed foyer to link the existing Synagogue and teaching building together, with improved ancillary accommodation at the rear.
